Disciplemaking Labs Online Course and Coaching
As a district, we realize your church is unique in not only your location, but your gifts and passions. That is why we have taken a new approach to our labs. Our labs are now able to be taken at your own pace through our video series. We will introduce you to the key ingredients found in effective disciplemaking cultures. Each lab comes with a teaching video, opportunities for discussion, and practical tools for your church team to begin create a culture of disciplemaking.
Once you sign up for the labs, you will begin to meet with Kevin (or one of our coaches) who will help you to discern and apply what tools fit your church’s season and shape. If you're ready for more, we have included deeper resources and trusted partner ministries to connect with. These labs aren’t about a program or a quick fix, they are intentionally focused on key steps that will take prayer, wisdom, and time to implement effectively.

LAB OVERVIEW
1.0 DEFINEJesus said, "Go and make disciples of all nations." But if you ask five people in your church what a disciple is, you may get five different answers. A clear, biblical definition of a disciple helps you align your efforts, not around numbers, but around transformation.
2.0 DEPLOY
Do you understand the context of your mission field?

In our Design Lab, we help churches clarify their ministries and create a disciplemaking map. It’s not about doing more, it’s about knowing the clear next step in someone’s spiritual journey.

Our Develop Cohort is an overflow of a disciplemaking culture. As disciplemakers are made, leadership gifts begin to surface. How do you steward those gifts and those who may be called to serve in leadership roles?
